You've not given us the most important piece of information, i.e. which browser you're using.
If it's Internet Explorer you might need to adjust some security settings

(and/or checking that you've got the latest version of IE installed).
Alternatively, try a different browser. Most of the 'regulars', here in AB's Technology section, would touch Internet Explorer with a multitude of the proverbial bargepoles. The most popular alternative is Firefox:
