has anyone had problems with the bbc hd red button causing the picture to disappear and leave the sound only on this hd digibox recorder?

Yes we have the same problem. Tried retuning but it's not worked. Have you solved it any any chance?

Just discovered that if you can record press the record button and the picture comes back on!
