Buenchico - as I said I downloaded abiword successfully - but cannot find it on my desktop.

Where shall I look and how can I get it on to my desktop. Thanks

If you've downloaded and installed it, it should be listed in your Start menu under programmes.

Go to Start > Programs.
Locate Abiword in the list.
Right-click on it and select Send to > Desktop (Create shortcut)
