Have installed printer but when email prints
I only get the body of it. how can I set it up to print
out complete email.

Highlight and print the mail item directly from the mailbox before opening the mail item ?

What are you using to view and then print the emails? Outlook, a website, something else?

It's most likely to be the available options in whatever software program you are running to see the emails and from which you select the print option but just to be sure... did you have another printer before this one with which you could print the emails ok using the same method as now?
