Are there any apps for android that allow you to listen to radio without eating into your 3G data allowance?

If you are listening to something on an Android device (or any other device) it has to get there somehow.
That can be:
Via a USB connection
Via a memory card
Via WiFi
or Via 3G

So, unless you happen to have a device (like many 'phones) with a built-in radio, those are your choices.

It's available as an iPhone app. but don't know about android.
