Importing Contacts

Can someone please tell me how to import my contacts from outlook to gmail
if it is relevant my system is W7 & browser is Seamonkey.TIA.

Open Gmail and at the top right there is Contacts. Click on the little arrow and near the bottom of the dropdown menu there is Import Contacts.
