You'll find lots of 10" tablets on ebay for around the £100 mark. Just don't expect them to perform like an ipad. They tend to be slow and don't have much memory. Having said that I've got one and it does what I need it to do.

Cheap tablets are just that, cheap, low powered, poor screen, limited access to app stores and so on.
