McAfee VirusScan 6.0 is not working. I have tried to uninstall it from add/remove programs with no luck. Is there anyway to remove the program by any other means?

More info would help but you could just try reinstalling over the top of the existing installation. One important consideration. There is a very common virus around at the moment. One of its tricks is to disable a number of antivirus programs. You might like to look at http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc
/data/[email protected] to be sure.
