Mini Usb Card Reader

Can you buy card readers (for micro SD cards) that have a mini USB connection rather than a standard USB connection?

I've searched ebay etc and cannot see any like this - they all have a standard larger size USB connection.

I have seen adapters.

something like that would do wyedyed but its the other type of mini USB connection i need.
i was hoping for a flash drive with the small connector

i was hoping for the whole unit to be mini usb rather than normal sized but it looks like they dont exist, so ill buy one of these

wyedyed - is that the proper names for them? - the small flat one is the MICRO usb and the other one with a more 'blocky' shape is a MINI USB?
