2 X Ipad 2S From One Router?

I have just purchased a second iPad 2 (both system 6.1). Every time the new iPad is switched off and subsequently restarted it won't re-establish a connection without the router's password. As far as I can see all the Wi-Fi settings are the same on both iPads apart from the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth addresses which are different to my original iPad. The router is a Netgear N300 wireless dual band ADSL2+modem router.

Can anybody please help??
