Sorry getting back to you, but I only use my laptop when i sit outside, which I did today, I then had the problem happen twice in about 3 hours.

avgtdix.sys = file for AVG product.
It's a driver file of some type for AVG and it's probably damaged (which is why it's now causing problems).
I would uninstall AVG...initate chkdsk /r command...reboot...let chkdsk /r execute...install AV when system boots
As it says, if it's the first time ignore, if not then reinstall the drivers for AVG, (IMHO).
That recommendation of yours seems a good idea, but the following instructions

Seems a little vague to a none techo such as myself, I understand the uninstall AVG bit, but then I am lost "initate chkdsk /r command...reboot...let chkdsk /r execute...install AV when system boots"
Would you be good enough to help me further?

To initiate chkdsk go to Computer and right click on main drive (normally 'C') and select properties. Under the Tools tab, click the 'Check now' on Error Checking section.
Another window will pop up with options, make sure both options are ticked then click Start.
Almost immediately another window will pop up and say 'Windows can't check the disk while it's in use' Click the Schedule disk check box. Then shutdown the pc, pause about 20 seconds and startup again.
A disk check can take some time dependant on size of HDD, if I'm going to do one I'll let it run overnight.
