I think what you want to do is create a "hyperlink" in your emails that, when a person clicks on it (it's usually blue and underlined) they are directed to the address in the link right?
If so, this is very simple in my experience (though I'm no expert). I believe for this to happen, you have to write your email using HTML format (rather than a plain-text email). There is a setting in most email clients that allows you to switch between one and another. Then it's just a case of typing in the website address. Sometimes it helps to add the "
http://" prefix (in applicable cases). Hope that helps.
