Is MAC (G4) RAM DDR2100 the same as RAM for a PC? Are they interchangeable? Many thanks.

It depends on the PC - you can check it here. Just follow the instructions on the memory advisor tool.

afaik, G4 uses 184-pin DIMM (DDR) PC3200, often at 400MHz.

the RAM your PC uses depends what mobo you have.

Thanks for that. I have a PC which wants 184 pin DDR DIMM PC2100. I have 184 pin DDR DIMM PC2100 (2 x 256MB sticks) from a Mac G4, wondering if I could just chuck the MAC stuff into my PC. Cheers.
