I have had to change my iTunes sign on because BT want to charge me for using my old email ending with btinternet.com When on my ipad I can see that my id has changed but when I go into the store it keeps coming up with my old id I have rest my ipad but still the same Any ideas?
Your id in iTunes will need to stay the same otherwise you will lose your purchases. My id is an old email address that no longer exists. You can give your id an additional email address where your receipts etc. will be sent. iTunes will then not use your BT address for communications
