My hotmail account has changed to Outlook. And now I can't access my emails until I enter a code that they've sent to my email account! What the........! Can anyone help please?

Did you enter another email address as a security feature when you setup your account? They may have sent the code to that address.

They send the code to an alternative email

just had to do it myself.

Yes - but my other email address is also hotmail. And it won't let me access hotmail at all until I put this elusive code in!

There is also the option to receive the verification code via text message I believe.
