Samsung 32" Tv Sound Problem

I have Samsung TV with a real issue on the sound. There is a vibration which means that there is a twang on some voices. The manufacturer has changed the speakers and motherboard and have added dampers but the problem persists. Has anyone else had this and, if so, what is the solution?

If your TV is still under Guarantee, insist on a change as the Retailer you bought it off is responsible for sorting out your problem !
