Can you get an iPad app back that has been deleted?
Going to the app store doesn’t work, as the option to install isn’t there.

You should be able to go App Store on your iPad and list your purchases, then download from there. Go to App Store/ Updates. At the top of the update page it should say Purchased, touch that and it will list your purchases, scroll down to your deleted app and it should have a cloud and arrow icon, touch that to download

If it wasn't bought with your log in then you will need to go to whoever's login bought it.
