My iPad will not empty delete box. I have just had to manually delete one by one 400 emails and there are as many to go yet. I have been in settings and checked that I set it up to empty delete folder after one day, but it isn't. What can I do please, ( no one about in technology )

Mine doesn't have a delete box. Once I delete from inbox it's gone forever.

is there some sort of "Tick All" facility? Tick them all, press delete once...

Ok I'm a dummy it does have a delete box. But also doesn't have a tick all option have to manually tick them then delete all together

No means at all to delete all, it takes forever doing one by one.
