I really like Google Docs. Apart from the fact it is free, it is easy to use and you can save your documents as .doc (compatible with Microsoft Word).
You can access your documents from any pc or device that is online and edit them, share, print etc.

I've been using it for years without problem and now it is even better as you can save all your docs to your main pc if you wish.
