Knew this would happen if I gave in and got a new phone.

It won't let me make calls or texts...says emergency calls only...I have used it for the past couple of days with no problems.

Have I pressed something I shouldn't have? There is loads of credit on it.

Thanks..Gx

Yes Tony, getting off the bus, someone 'bumped' into him
Good job they didn't get his wallet to, Psybbo.
Has he reported it to the police ?.

Yes, the police are calling round this evening, at least it's not as bad as last time when he was mugged a few steps away from his flat by two on a stolen motor bike, he got quite a bad cut on his head, but it's a common occurrence in London
Hope he gets his phone back then, Psybbo.

but it's a common occurrence in London

Yes, so I hear.
Thanks Tony, but I don't hold out any hopes for that.
Gness, that kept happening to me when I got my new phone. I took it back and said it was faulty. The young man in the shop pointed out that I was pressing both sides of the phone, and therefore another button on the other side, when I turned it on and it was reverting to 'something' and therefore only accepting emergency call options. Is that what you are doing maybe? Mine is a Samsung.
No neither do I, Psybbo.
Psybbo, sorry to hear about your son's misfortunes.

Tilly....It's a Samsung and I did wonder if I was pressing buttons by accident so I took care and it still did it....won't switch on or do anything now so it can go back....x
