Am on the verge of breaking my Canon MG4250 printer in a futile effort to remove the cartridges for the first time!! I pull the lever right down, get hold of the colour cartridge & it comes towards me a fraction & then stays there! Any suggestions before I venture off to Staples tomorrow morning?
