Samsung Galaxy Capitals Lock

Does anyone know if there is a capital letters lock on the Galaxy?

If you mean texting then pressing the white up arrow in the bottom left twice until it turns blue then all your letters will be capitals.

Thanks but that doesnt lock it. It only makes the next letter caps and then it reverts to lower case.

Thanks. BTW its a phone not tablet. The arrow turns blue when tapped but it definitely reverts to lower case afterwards. I need to enter about 30 answers in caps for a competition and it would be painstaking. I'll go off and try to blag free use of a business centre and do it there. Thanks again

It does work, I use all caps when entering competitions. Keep it pressed.

Thanks. Pressing it twice didnt do it but pressing and holding it down did.
