Any Ideas What's Going On?

I got a new phone a couple of months ago and use it about as much as the old one for pretty much the same things. I top up £10 a month on Orange and get loads of texts and Internet. Since getting the new phone I am using up all my credit really quickly. I usually top up at the beginning of the month but had to top again on Sunday when they moved me to the new dolphin package. Just had a text to say I only have 97p credit!!! Any ideas please?

are you using more data than your package allows?, ring orange and ask them whats doing it

I don't think you mean wi fi, that wont cost him anything.

I think you mean turn off Data Connection while away from the house.

If it is downloading data (Facebook updates, other updates etc) while out the house using your data connection then that may be costing money.
