Wife had a San Francisco phone on contract from orange. She went back to pay as you go on a new phone. After contract ended as this phone has been in the drawer for over six months. And my pay as you go phone has just packed up. Can I transfer my pay as you go sim card to the contract phone would it work or would indeed to go on a contract to use it. Thanks

I would think it would work but the first thing you`d have to do is unlock the San Francisco phone.
Depends if the phone is locked to the Orange network.

If your PAYG phone is on the Orange it will work, if it is not on Orange it may not work if the other phone is locked to Orange.
