Not Able To Recieve Pictures

I have received several e-mail from my grandson in Sweden with what I presume are pictures of my new great grandchild but I am not getting anything when I click on the link. Can anyone tell me what is wrong or is it because I only have a tablet?

Sounds like he has tried to send you a video clip.

What tablet do you have - it may be that the file has not been sent correctly or your tablet is unable to play the file.

The tablet is a Toshiba but I am not very good with it, either that or the tablet is not very good.
