thank you
Good to see methyl still doesn't know what he's talking about...

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/ff404223.aspx

Or just ZIP the files you want protected with a password...

There are multiple ways of doing it... to say you need to purchase a password protected flash drive is rubbish.

And you can encrypt an entire flash drive with a password using bitlocker...

Welcome to the modern world.
I was going to suggest nail varnish and a fine brush. That was the question.
BTW... you can also encrypt an entire local drive the same way, although if it's a boot drive the system needs TPM in it, otherwise you need a USB stick or a password on boot...

But then... I only have to do this for my day to day work....

Winzip for zipping stuff?? Ahhhh, bless! (although I'm surprised you've got past pkzip)

Or, just bitlocker the whole drive... as I said.

What's a flash drive?
A USB memory stick, Sher.. :)
Ok, thanks. Why can't they just call stuff something and then stick with it, bloody irritating.
I call mine Kevin ...
