Compuet to phone!

I have lots of files i.e songs on my computer that i'd like to transfer to my phone.. however all the files are tooooooooo big!

I was wondering if anyone has an idea how i can compress them, what the name of the compressor thing is and where i can get it from for nowt!!!

if using for ringtones, cut them down to only the bit of the song you want (assuming you don't want a 4 minute ringtone...):
