More Help Needed Please.

Spent ages deleting almost 800 emails from answer bank.
What do I have to do to stop them being sent please.

Check on the right hand side of your screen, where you'll find your subscribed threads, then unsubscribe from the threads which you no longer wish.

Go to My Profile

Click on Edit My Profile

Uncheck the two boxes that say Subscribe to Newsletter and Subscribe to my own Questions (or something like that)

And do what Nibble says too ^^

Just unticked as advised, and when I go back to check, they are ticked again.

After 'edit' did you click on 'Submit' at the bottom of the page?

Sorry, should have said that after you uncheck the boxes, scroll down to the bottom where there is a submit button.

You'll need to click that for it to take effect.

The only way you'll get 800 emails is from subscriptions, not newsletters,

You can subscribe to, or unsubscribe from, any thread by clicking the subscribe/unsubscribe link at the bottom right of the OP box.
