My contract is finishing in Feb so I now have my PAC code for new provider. Orange tell me that although contract will be finished there will be a further charge when I use the PAC code. Is this right? Also should I let my bank know so they cancel further payments?

If you use the code before your contract ends you will be charged. I have just changed had to wait until contract ended.
