What do you mean by bad? Slow, stops a lot? That could just be your broadband speed, what is it? - I've attached link to a good test

You have to wait for the clocks to finish conne then it will give you 2 numbers, download being the important one. It can takes 20 seconds or more to finish, longer if you have poor speed.

There's no download to do Conne. Just let us know the numbers and we'll tell you if your broadband is doing ok :)

You don't have to do anything, conne - just tell us what the 2 numbers are, and we'll tell you if your speed is as good as it should be.

yes when it's finished you will get 2 numbers in black boxes above the clocks. One will say Download speed, the other Upload speed, tell us what they say.

Your broadband IS slow, conne - I know ours is exceptionally fast as we're on fibre optic, but ours is 39.15 download and 9.4 upload.

Are you sure you have those the right way round? If your download is only 0.3 ish you are never going to get a good show on youtube (or iplayer etc etc)
