Problems With Samsung Galaxy Fame

Just got this and getting used to it. The phone shop downloaded gmail for me but as I use my btinternet account For emails I added that. However Although it loaded OK don't know how to log out of btinternet. It doesn't come up on bottom left menu button. Also every time I swipe to open I get chatON. Upgrade Notification which is driving me mad, I have put it in the bin but it keeps coming back. How do I stop it appearing whenever I switch on? Thanks all.

Thanks Chris, says video unavailable but I did see this when I tried to google for an answer, not sure it is the Galaxy Fame.
