Facebook - Deleting Posts Permanently

Hello.
I can't seem to delete posts on my Facebook page. I delete them, and then when I go back on to f/b the next time, there they are again! Very irritating particularly if they are things I don't want to see. I've looked at my settings but can't see where I need to be.

I've noticed this over the last few days, hellywelly4. The best I can come up with is that it's another 'improvement to make the experience even better'.

I have the same experience, they do go eventually.
