I had a mobile broadband dongle on my account which was for my grandaughter`s use,the contract ends in April,so I got onto them...I asked about stopping the renewal(dongle long since broke ,by the way),said I must write a month before...I told them I would be away,(perfectly true as I am going away shortly until end of April,)so cannot do that ,he sorted it out for methere and then So ring them and tell them you are going on hols for a long long time
