link to a site

i need to send someone a link to the 'send money' page of Paypal, but how can i send them a link so that my email address is already entered in the recipients email bit of it (so they dont have to enter it)?

Can you not just send them an invoice?

no, they didnt buy anything, they just need to pay me back for something using paypal rather than in a bank/cash

They don't have to have bought anything.  You just log onto your paypal account and then click on the 'request money' tab. Enter your friend's email address and the amount, etc.  Voila.
