Inboxing On F/book

What does inbox actually mean when you inbox some one.

I'm ok on f/book, just no good at knowing how to inbox lol

It's just sending them a message. The reply will be in your inbox.

Err, no send her a message.

If you look at the top of the page on FB, there are three icons; heads, speech bubbles and globes. click on the speech bubbles and you can send her a private message.

Or click on their name and select 'message'

I've been inboxing and not known it!

Now --when i reply to an inbox, there isnt always room to reply to the sender.
Even if I scroll down I still cant get that space to write. Why is that?

In the top right corner of the message box there is a cog. Click on that and it gives you an option to see full conversation. Much easier to type in.

Hopefully one last question.

While on AB I hear the ping coming from f/book that i have a message (private)
And I click it , top right hand corner and can read it. Well ---
since last night, I hear the ping going off and look and there's now 9 messages that I have nowhere to click onto to view. Hope you get my meaning.

i normally ckick on to where the three icons are --top right hand corner.
Why have they vanished and how to solve problem. Cheers abers
