Downloading pics on Motorola V3

I was sent a picture message on my recently purchased Motorola V3 phone, however when I pressed the 'Download' key I got a message saying 'Download failed, try again later'. I've been trying since yesterday and still can't see the picture.

It did download a message to my inbox. This tells me the sender, the size of the file and an expiry date - but no pic!!

I suspect that it may be something to do with WAP settings but I've tried a few different things and nothing's working. It's driving me mad. Has anyone else had problems (or, more importantly, solutions!!)? Thanks in advance.

PS I'm with O2 and I know the message was sent from a Nokia phone on Orange.

Hey that happened on my moto as well. The picture just appeared after a little while though. I think it does have something to do with wap. You can get the settings for wap and mms from the 02 website.

Just in case anyone else has this problem, I sorted it by calling 02 customers services (number on their website - 02.co.uk. They talk you through all the WAP settings that you have to change on the phone. Got the picture - hurrah!!!
