Problem With My Ipod

I have a white line through the screen on my Ipod,can anybody tell how to get rid this or should I take to an Apple Store to get it fixed

I would try a reset first, that sorts out a multitude of problems. Here's a link, just look for your iPod

How old is the ipod?

What version?

Google it and see if it is a known fault - but be aware there is usually a timelimit for known faults.

Get a cost from Apple, then get a price from your local repair shops.

Or if feeling brave, get the bits from ebay and fit it yourself.

Try rebooting it...hold in middle of disk and top bit at same time for 30 secs...
