At the risk of stating the obvious, why don't you just type it out?
Not sure but you could connect the phone to your hi-fi, play the message and record it, then send it.
Forwarding voice mail is a feature of your provider rather than your handset. I'm on orange / ee I can forward voicemail messages to other orange numbers by pressing 5 while listening to the recording then select 'forward' then giving the mobile number to go to.
By definition a text message (SMS) is text, so no you can not send voice.
You may, if you have the facility, send a data message (MMS) which holds data and that might be able to be sound data (I've never tried) but that would be more expensive.

I think your question ought to be around what you wish to achieve rather than opinions on a solution you think might work.
PS I don't know how to use MMS which is why I didn't give details, but try it and see if it allows you to attach a file or something.
At the risk of taking over the thread, yes IggyB is correct. Since it is a voicemail you don't have it on your handset to send. It's still "sat" in your mailbox on your service provider's server. Until you or they delete it. Play around with the Voicemail menus, see if there is a forward option.

That'll learn me to read the post not read the title and skim the rest !
