Nexus 7 Acting Differently

Not long ago I asked the question if my nexus 7 tablet was infected after a sign popped up from a website I was on. It has been working fine apart from when I download apps from the App Store, instead of asking for my password to confirm purchase like it used to, it just goes straight to downloading app with a pop up that says something along the lines of congratulations on your purchase. Then something about backing up your email address. The only way to proceed is to click ok which redirects you to reset your email and password ( I never do this, I just click back)

This happens every time I download a new app from play store and it has never done it before.

Does anyone know what the issue might be?
