Shockwave Flash Crashing

I regularly play Songpop on facebook but suddenly Shockwave Flash keeps constantly crashing. (Pressing the 'reload' bar achieves nothing.) What can I (safely) do?

You've not told us which device you're using. The following instructions assume that it's a Windows computer:

Uninstall Shockwave Player (via the Control Panel and then 'Add/Remove Programs' or 'Programs & Features'). Restart your computer. (That's important!). Reinstall Shockwave Player from here:
http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/

I tried that, Buenchino - but no joy. I think it may be part of a bigger problem. Thanks anyway.
