Try going to "Tools" > "Accounts"/"Account Settings" and then choosing "Add/Create Account".
You'll then have to provide all the relevant details, such as the incoming pop3 server address, the outgoing smtp address, your account alias etc. I can't quite remember how the menu layout works to add an account in Outlook though, so if it's not how I said, just have a nose about in the options and settings to find how to create accounts and you should be fine.

I inderstand you have an account. What I'm talking about is creating an account in Outlook. For example, I have a Blueyonder email account on one of my PCs. To get the mail in Outlook for that account on another PC, you have to create that account in Outlook on that PC, if you follow. You're only setting up the account in Outlook, it's not actually another email account.
You enter the details of your existing account (the one from the other PC) into it. That way it can retrieve the email that you want.
