Dont know if ths is the right category but here goes, my brother wants a digital camera to use with a epson xp 305 all in one printer, he want one with a viewer and a card slot, we dont take that many pictures so somewhere in the price range £30-40 pounds

This is below your price range but nearly as good as anything that you'll get within it anyway, so why waste your money?

An extra fiver gets you a slightly bigger screen and more megapixels (but, unless you're planning on printing some really big pictures, you don't need them anyway):

However it's worth noting that both of those cameras use 3 AAA batteries(as do many cheaper cameras). You might save money in the long run by buying a camera with a Li-ion (rechargeable) battery. If that's a requirement, this just squeezes into your budget:

(The specification is roughly the same as my second link above except for the inclusion of that rechargeable battery).

Note that all three of those cameras are available in a range of colours, as shown in each of the links.
The first camera posted below (the Vivitar) only has 4x DIGITAL zoom which is there WORST type of zoom. In effect it has no zoom at all.

DONT buy it.
