Came home to find unable to clean message on my Brother printer. Of course Iconsulted site after brief read of the muanual and found it as much use as a chocolater fireguard.
In conclusion ifound a printer ink site which gave concise instructions onhow to rid yourself of this pest. atouch complicated but hey, cheaper than listening to manufacturer and it did the trick.
