Global Cluster Corporation

I had a call this morning from Global Cluster Corporation purporting to be on behalf of Microsoft which I have suspicion about. The caller sounded Chinese or similar and I had difficulty understanding what she said or was calling about so I said I would call her back. I have not done so but I have their number on my landline. Does anyone know this company and/or whether it is a genuine call please?
