Garmin 64S Gps

Recently purchased the above via Cotswold Aberdeen - was told when I purchased same Garmin would be holding workshops on how to get full use of same - a couple of months have now passed and have been told it could be some time before this happens - Wondered if there were any experts out there on this particular model - I've got a couple of questions and its a nightmare getting through to Garmin Helpline

Why don't you post your specific issues? There are a number of people on here who have the time to do some research on your behalf.

I've used a Garmin nuvi 250w for years and bought Lifetime Update last year. I have had superb assistance by email from Garmin at [email protected] after experiencing problems downloading latest Europe mapping. Four people who have helped are Will Taylor, Danielle Harding, Przemyslaw and Kristina.
Always quote your model and serial numbers. Sorry I don't know your model, but hope this helps.
