Extending ring time on V3

I have a Motorola V3 Razr - the silver one about 6 months old and I want to extend the ringing time on it, by the time I have found it in the bottom of my bag, the caller has rang off - does anyone know how I do this??

If you don't have your voice-mail activated, the phone will continue ring until you answer it.  With voice-mail activated the phone will ring for a set time, or a set amount of rings, before transferring to the voice-mail.  This is set and cannot be changed.  Motorola phones take about 15 seconds, Nokia phones take about 20 seconds.  Try keeping it in a place that's more quickly accessible, and not at the bottom of a girlie bag.
