Colouring Wordart - Ms Word 2007

I am trying to change the colour of print within WordArt. I have a mixture of 'normal' text and WordArt text which I need to print in white (on a T-shirt paper for ironing on), but whilst I can change the colur of the 'normal' text, I cannot see how to change the WordArt colours. Any advice please?
