Morphy Richards Clock Radio Acting Strangely ...

I have had this clock radio a few years, it is not DAB, and I like it cos the large red clock numbers are bright and it is easy to see in the night. However... last night the numbers went really odd .... I can now only see half of each number. I tried re setting the time but I can't get a full number on the screen. Sorry thats the only way I can describe it but I have taken a photo. Is it ready for the bin??

It looks as if your "alarm" bit of your clock is Kaput,but you could still use the radio somewhere,purely as a radio.

Any possible repair would be more costly than buying a new one. If you are not fussy about having DAB then you can get a radio alarm clock very cheaply nowadays.

How do you do that, wolf63? By the way, smurfchops, I agree with the above answers. Why don't you get a good Smith-Enfield mechanical alarm clock with the two strident bells on top?:)
