How do I set up an Internet Bussiness? I dont understand how you buy and set up a internet site? whats web hosting? after i buy a domain name where do I go from there?

A domain name is just a name - it has to point somewhere eg a web site. Web hosting is when you rent space on a companies web server (to point your domain to) as opposed to having your own web server. To set up an internet site you must have a domain name and space on a server then you upload your site to this space. How do you create a site? Simple sites can be produced with most Microsoft applications with a few clicks of some buttons. Windows even has a simple web publishing application to post the site you've created to your space. However you're not talking about creating a home page but a business. This is much more complex if you want to undertake/offer on line transactions (e-commerce). You will need this to be professionally designed and written and have suitable web server space. You will find companies that will do all this for you for maybe as little as �500 or you could spend �100,000.You get what you pay for.
