why then does it keep telling me it can't connect me

it's still telling me it can't load mail because of technical error and cites problem no 14.

What...any more trouble than I have been having for years ?

Yahoo is a complete ruddy shower. I have had the same e-mail address for 20 years and its far too much faff to change now. But why Yahoo simply can't pull their finger out and get on with it is a mystery to me.
